Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager


At Shift, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and maximize ROI
  • Manage a 6-figure monthly advertising budget, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
  • Drive acquisition through paid media while exploring new growth opportunities

Requirements:



  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns with a minimum of 6-figure monthly spend
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on maximizing efficiency and ROI
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
