Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our growth team and support us in accelerating expansion. This role requires a deep conviction to build great businesses, a strong focus on high performance and impact, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unlock Growth
- Generate new deals through prospecting for relevant companies and key personnel within those companies against the value areas of our proposition.
- Conduct analysis of prospective companies to identify key information such as market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Support Sales Team
- Support our sales team to move the discussion with an interested prospect to contractual commitment, including response to due diligence process, commercial and contractual discussions, and other aspects of the procurement process.
- Customer and Market Analysis
- Conduct analysis of prospective companies to identify key information such as market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Report key findings from analysis to support the commercial team's efforts to generate/progress deals.
- Support in establishing action plans for Legado's commercial activity to take advantage of analyzed market opportunities.
- Event Planning
- Identify relevant events that we should be attending to support business development activities.
- Identify and report key prospects that will be attending those events.
Requirements
- A degree in Business & Management or a related field.
- Proficient with CRMs.
- A good understanding of the retail financial services sector.
- Four days per week in the office is required for this role.
