Job Title: Associate Director - Ecology
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Ecology to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our Ecology team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of ecologists, providing technical expertise and guidance on ecological projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of ecologists, providing technical guidance and support
- Develop and implement ecological strategies and plans for projects
- Conduct ecological surveys and assessments, including habitat surveys and protected species surveys
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Full membership of CIEEM
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, such as ecology, biology, or environmental science
- Extensive experience in ecology, including project management and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
