About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecological Team Lead to join our Ecology team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing, managing, and supporting the ecological team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of ecologists to deliver ecological services, including master planning inputs, ecological appraisals, and surveys.
  • Develop and implement ecological mitigation designs and strategies to minimize the impact of development on the environment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their ecological requirements.
  • Conduct site surveys and ecological impact assessments to inform project decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
