SEND Learning Support Role

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate or Student to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide exceptional support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEND.
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree in Psychology or currently studying towards a Psychology degree.
- Prior experience working with children, especially in a SEND setting, is highly desirable.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality support services that empower students to succeed.
