Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team at CV-Library's partner school, Graduately Developing Futures. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one support to students with complex needs, adapting your teaching methods to meet their individual requirements. You will also contribute to lesson planning, teamwork, and staff meetings to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

About the Role:
  • To support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties in achieving their academic and personal goals
  • To develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a generous pension scheme, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
