About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DC HR Manager to join our Logistics team at H&M Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the HR function for our Distribution Centre, ensuring that our employees are supported and empowered to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Work closely with the Logistics leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring that all people-related issues are resolved in a fair and timely manner.
  • Recruitment and Talent Development: Lead the recruitment process for Logistics roles, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Well-being: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being. Ensure that all employees have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all HR-related activities are compliant with local labor laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and IT, to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven HR Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Logistics or a related field.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR-related activities.
