Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team in the East of England region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement, clinical departments, and ward environments.
  • Represent the company to establish and build long-term customer relationships in the region.
  • Provide regular sales reports and documentation to ensure visibility of regional potential.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the NHS and medical sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
