Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team in the East of England territory. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with NHS departments, promoting our brand and products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ward managers, project team leaders, and purchasing teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating and closing quotes
  • Manage the territory effectively, ensuring timely and efficient travel and meeting schedules
  • Negotiate prices and discounts with customers
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager to create a regional sales plan

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical sales industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hunter mentality
  • IT literate and proficient in CRM software
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively
