Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Property Legal team, you'll be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a wide range of property and development matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing legal advice on property acquisitions, disposals, and construction contracting
  • Assisting in the negotiation of acquisition agreements and post-completion matters
  • Directing external lawyers and coordinating responses on legal issues
  • Managing the legal aspects of transactions, including land disposals and asset sales
  • Providing legal advice on property management and leasehold portfolio matters
  • Assisting in the review of standard amendments and liaising with external solicitors
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with experience of English commercial property law
  • Exceptional commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in an in-house legal department is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
