Job Title: Commercial Legal Counsel EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier legal counsel to Rotork Plc and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on commercial contracts, including framework agreements, master supply agreements, and agent/distributor/reseller agreements.
  • Advise on litigation, data protection, employment, and HR issues.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, property deals, and intellectual property issues.
