Job Title: Commercial Legal Counsel

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier legal counsel to our business teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial legal advice to our business teams on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, litigation, data protection, employment, and intellectual property.
  • Work closely with our business teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to ensure that our legal advice is aligned with our business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external partners and vendors to ensure that our legal needs are met.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Legal Counsel who has a strong background in commercial law and a proven track record of providing top-tier legal advice to business teams. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, litigation, data protection, employment, and intellectual property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
