Evri Legal Counsel Job Description

At Evri, we're committed to creating responsible delivery experiences for everyone, everywhere. As a Legal Counsel, you'll play a critical role in shaping our business strategy and ensuring we operate with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate complex client contracts and supplier agreements, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Provide legal support to the Procurement Department, ensuring terms and conditions align with our commercial and legal risk positions.
  • Participate in business projects, collaborating with the Commercial Head of Legal to provide guidance and solutions that minimize legal risks.
  • Offer legal advice on contract interpretation, commercial options, and contract management, as well as provide training to colleagues on key legal issues.
  • Build relationships with commercial colleagues, promoting awareness of legal risk management and corporate policy issues.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least two years' experience working with commercial organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of contract and corporate law, with a grounding in general business law.
  • Experience in negotiating, drafting, and advising on complex contracts, particularly service contracts and IT contracts.
