Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on complex client contracts and supplier agreements
  • Provide legal support on business-critical projects
  • Draft and negotiate strategic and commercially important contracts
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various functions to align with preferred commercial and legal risk positions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with commercial organisations

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling corporate support work and providing ad hoc company/commercial legal advice
  • Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and drafting corporate documents
