Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel to join our team at TransUnion. As a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on national and international commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with TransUnion clients
  • Managing a caseload via our case management system
  • Escalating issues to the Legal Manager and Head of Legal as needed
  • Providing training and support to the business on contracting basics
Requirements
  • Licensed legal practitioner with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience working in an in-house environment, preferably in a regulated financial services business
  • Detailed understanding of commercial law and contract negotiation
