Key Responsibilities
- Manage service partners to deliver contract scope of service.
- Stakeholder management.
- Help desk in box.
- Assist in property management solutions.
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Contractor management.
- FOH management.
- Risk assessments.
- Facilities system management.
- Experience working in the commercial environment.
- A NEBOSH or IOSH (ideally).
- Experience managing FOH staff, contractors, and ideally facilities assistants.
- Good understanding of facilities management.
- Ability to innovate and deliver creative and effective solutions to operational procedures.
- Strong financial skills.
