Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage service partners to deliver contract scope of service.
  2. Stakeholder management.
  3. Help desk in box.
  4. Assist in property management solutions.
  5. Quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  6. Contractor management.
  7. FOH management.
  8. Risk assessments.
  9. Facilities system management.
  10. Experience working in the commercial environment.
  11. A NEBOSH or IOSH (ideally).
  12. Experience managing FOH staff, contractors, and ideally facilities assistants.
  13. Good understanding of facilities management.
  14. Ability to innovate and deliver creative and effective solutions to operational procedures.
  15. Strong financial skills.
