Together is seeking an experienced Arrears Resolution Professional to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing expert support to customers facing financial difficulties.

Your main aim will be to grasp the underlying causes of a customer's financial situation and collaborate with them to devise a sustainable resolution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Tackle incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers related to early and/or late-stage arrears on regulated and unregulated accounts.
  • Engage with customers to uncover the root cause of their financial woes and work together to find a suitable solution.
  • Address potential customer complaints.
  • Prioritize the needs of vulnerable customers and organize relevant support, including referrals to external organizations.

Salary Range: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, based on experience.

Work Environment

This is a Cheadle-based role, situated in SK8 3GW. Regular working hours apply (09:00am-17:30pm).
