Care and Support Associate

As a Relief Care and Support Assistant at McCarthy Stone, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. With your warm and friendly approach, you will provide individualised care, housekeeping and domestic support, and facilitate activities that promote the health, wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Deliver housekeeping and domestic services, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment
- Facilitate activities that support residents' physical and mental health, including social events and hobbies
- Support residents in maintaining their daily routines and participating in community life
- A competitive salary of £22,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
- Up to an additional £1.30 per hour for evening and weekend work
