Care Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at Roswell Court in Exmouth, Devon. As a key member of our care team, you will provide individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their health, wellbeing, and independence.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality housekeeping and domestic support services to residents across the general estate.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that enhance their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with appointment bookings, transportation arrangements, and escort residents on visits as needed.
- Provide general support and assistance to residents with daily tasks.
- You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to older adults.
- Experience working in a care or support environment is ideal, but not essential. What's more important is your willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in this role, as you will work closely with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- You must be driven to deliver outstanding customer service and committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of approximately £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 28 days' annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) and additional paid time off during peak holiday seasons.
