About the Role

Nephos Technologies is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our product offerings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering new feature/service offerings from ideation to delivery, ensuring the product meets the needs of our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product requirements, including high-level scope, processes, and mock-ups.
  • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, and progress calls.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of supporting documentation and other materials.
  • Support the development of the product roadmap and attend customer calls to understand their use cases and requirements.
  • Work with other areas of the business to drive continuous improvement and identify growth and enhancement opportunities within the product.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar product owner or product manager role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum methodologies.
  • Stakeholder management experience and ability to articulate business requirements to technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate technical detail to stakeholders and manage own time and prioritise workload according to importance.
