At Id Product, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to lead our Finance Department. This role comes with an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring transparency and accountability within the Finance Department. Key duties include:

  • Managing day-to-day financial and accounting duties, including financial modelling and analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial record keeping systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leading the Business Support & Finance Officer and overseeing payroll administration processes.
  • Strategically managing the organisation's finances, including budgetary control and planning.
  • Preparing quarterly management accounts and annual financial reports.
  • Ensuring timely submission of funding and grant aid applications.
  • Raising invoices, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate bank records.
  • Maintaining Quick Books Online accounting system and ensuring relevant financial records are kept.
  • Calculating wages and salaries and reconciling payroll reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Senior level financial skills and experience in producing reports for boards and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven people management experience and knowledge of pre and post-requirements for funding, fundraising, and compliance.
  • AAT Accounting Qualification and understanding of business procedures.
