We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at One Ten Associates.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with minimum 5-year PQE in industry to take ownership of financial management and drive improvement across multiple areas. As a Chief Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the month-end management accounts process and implementing improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency ahead of the financial year end.
  • Working closely with the AP function to optimize cost allocation around the group.
  • Developing audit deliverables for the interim and year-end audit process.
  • Producing cash forecasts to inform liquidity management decisions.
  • Managing Intra-group balance reconciliations and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Assisting with weekly cash reconciliations with the third-party accounting function.
  • Creating internal reporting packs for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pursuing opportunities to enhance processes and documentation around monthly close.
  • Undertaking other tasks as required by the business.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5-year PQE in industry.
  • Experience with NetSuite would be beneficial.
  • Able to manage multiple workflows effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong technical and reporting skills.
  • A strong interest in technology and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to all levels within the organisation.
