We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Surveyor to join our team at Michael Page Property & Construction. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for managing surveying and professional property-related services within your allocated geographic region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage surveying and professional property-related services within your allocated geographic region
- Oversee circa 100 mainly retail properties across Scotland and North of England
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality property services
- Develop and implement effective property maintenance strategies
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MRICS or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in managing building maintenance, defects diagnosis, and resolution
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
