Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new landlord properties
  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Carrying out regular inspections and following up with landlords and tenants
  • Reviewing properties to identify maintenance and refurbishment opportunities
  • Inputting property details into our online system
  • Reviewing tenant applications and passing on paperwork to the administrator
  • Regularly reviewing rents and remarketing properties
  • Managing maintenance issues for your portfolio
  • Key contact for new business leads from corporate clients/accounts
  • Generating and converting new business leads

Requirements include:

  • Significant experience in property management
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of properties
  • Experience with SME management software an advantage
  • Clean UK full driving license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Can-do attitude and forward thinking
