Administrative Support Coordinator

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on location and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Infrastructure Monitoring Duty Manager with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operational performance.
- Assist the IM management team with administrative duties, including data review, travel arrangements, and office functions.
- Book, monitor, and cancel overnight lodges for IM staff members.
- Arrange hotel bookings to secure the best rates available.
- Review commercial data related to lodges and taxis, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate travel requirements for the IM team.
- Follow up on supplier queries regarding poor performance.
- Process applications for freight duty passes for new starters.
- Manage personal protection equipment (PPE) ordering, tracking, and collection for all staff.
- Support with day-to-day office operations, including post management and security pass creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience working in an office environment or similar role.
