This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device sales professional to develop a specialist business unit within an existing company structure. With a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) already in place, your role will be to drive sales of an innovative range of ENT surgery equipment and consumables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals and clinical training specialists
Requirements:
- Well-established and successful medical devices sales professional
- Surgical equipment sales experience
- Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ideal experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging
- Ambitious and career-driven individual
What We Offer:
- Basic salary: £50,000 to £60,000
- Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
- Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month
- Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service
