About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device sales professional to develop a specialist business unit within an existing company structure. With a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) already in place, your role will be to drive sales of an innovative range of ENT surgery equipment and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the UK
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals and clinical training specialists

Requirements:

  • Well-established and successful medical devices sales professional
  • Surgical equipment sales experience
  • Excellent new business skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ideal experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging
  • Ambitious and career-driven individual

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £50,000 to £60,000
  • Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance of £650 / month
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats, health insurance, death in service
