About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Domus Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and promote our business within the territory through various networking and promotional activities.
  • Identify and grow local networks for referrals and seek opportunities for promotion through local press and events.

  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams to drive expansion.
  • Report regularly to the Area Manager and Managing Director at meetings.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience working in the care sector is not essential, but a good understanding of the sector is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
