Job Title: Arm Senior Manager for Developer Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and curation of technical content plans that deliver the support application developers need to do their best work on Arm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with experts across Arm, our partners and developer communities to develop roadmaps of technical content, which anticipate and solve developers' problems, driving the adoption of Arm and Arm-based technologies.
  • Ensure your plans reflect the real, validated needs of our partner organisations and various communities of developers.
  • Deliver on your content roadmaps, working with people inside and outside Arm, such as expert authors, Arm partner relationship managers and publishers.
  • Federate related efforts across the organisation to ensure an exceptional user experience for developers engaging with Arm.
  • Communicate and advocate for your work across teams at Arm and beyond, collaborating closely with colleagues across a variety of levels within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level skills and knowledge in a Computer Science/Engineering (or related) subject.
  • Experience managing the development of learning content in computing.
  • Experience working effectively within a highly technical and multi-disciplinary context, drawing on expertise from different sources.
  • Negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
