Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Aspect Resources. The ideal candidate will have experience in liaising with sponsors and negotiating agreements for project design, development, and implementation.

This role requires the ability to identify necessary agreements and timelines, as well as work with corporate compliance teams to ensure successful project execution.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for forming partnerships with sponsors and delivering high-quality projects within specified timeframes and budgets.

A strong understanding of IR35 regulations and contract negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with sponsors to form agreements for project design, development, and implementation
  • Identify necessary agreements and timelines for project delivery
  • Work with corporate compliance teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with IR35 regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in commercial management or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
