Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Manager Lead to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing commercial packages, ensuring compliance with local health and safety rules and regulations, and collaborating with the construction lead and project senior leadership team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, construction delivery, and project coordination. You will be responsible for managing commercial packages from procurement to final account, ensuring compliance with local health and safety rules and regulations, and collaborating with the construction lead and project senior leadership team to develop and implement project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial packages, including procurement, contract administration, and final account settlement
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety rules and regulations, including risk assessment and mitigation
  • Collaborate with the construction lead and project senior leadership team to develop and implement project plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Provide expert advice on commercial matters, including cost management, budgeting, and forecasting
Requirements
  • Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CSCS certification
Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
