About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team at Iwoca Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for our Tech, Analytics, and Product (TAP) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, from salary benchmarking to offer negotiations and pre-onboarding.
  • Develop and refine recruitment methods, using data to optimize efficiency, minimize bias, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Source and recruit top talent for back-end engineers, data scientists, data engineers, product staff, full-stack developers, and front-end developers.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to create and implement strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Expertise in recruiting back-end engineers, with knowledge of Python, Django, and Rust.
  • Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably with Ashby.
  • Ability to use data to improve the hiring process and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and market trends.
