Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Omega. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-quality technology talent to support our current and new partners.

About the Role:

  • As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind sourcing and engaging with top technology talent to meet the needs of our clients.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with candidate communities, staying ahead of the curve by diving deep into your sector and keeping abreast of the latest tech industry news and developments.
  • You will ensure high levels of delivery and experience with our current and new partners, working closely with our Business Development Managers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and engaging with top technology talent across multiple tech verticals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidate communities.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by diving deep into your sector and keeping abreast of the latest tech industry news and developments.
  • Ensuring high levels of delivery and experience with our current and new partners.
  • Working closely with our Business Development Managers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sourcing and engaging with top technology talent across multiple tech verticals.
  • Experience within either a Delivery Consultant, 360 Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition role.
  • Experience working in SC/DV cleared roles would be an additional bonus.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • A passion for exceeding targets, driving results, and getting things done.
  • A knack for identifying opportunities to support the BDM team with client expansion.
