Your Role:

As an experienced recruitment expert, you will be responsible for:

Source, Network, and Engage: Source, network, and engage with top-tier tech talent to meet our clients' recruitment needs.

Recruitment Cycle Management: Conduct 360 recruitment cycles from initial screening to placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Recruitment Sales: Close recruitment sales cycles and achieve financial targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Rectech Tools: Utilise cutting-edge rectech tools to enhance your recruitment process and stay ahead of the competition.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Proven track record in tech recruitment with 360 placements, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other rectech tools, showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
  • Innovation: Interest in exploring and implementing new recruitment technologies, driving innovation and improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Drive: Strong motivation to succeed, financially driven with resilience and enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering results.
  • Language: Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish is a significant advantage, but not required, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our team.
