Inspiring Learning Support Assistant for SEND Students

At Protocol Education, we're looking for a talented and creative Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a SEND school setting.

We're seeking an individual with a passion for education and a background in the arts to support students with special educational needs. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires creativity and encourages student growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEND or children in general, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for education. You'll be responsible for supervising pupils with SEND, aiding the execution of education plans, building trusting relationships with students, and promoting class interaction.

We're open to applicants from various backgrounds, including youth groups, sports coaching, or after-school clubs. If you have a real passion for supporting children with special needs and are eager to make a difference, please apply.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
