Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Victoria Park, a leading pub and dining establishment in Bristol. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the pub
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of business plans and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our guests
