Children's Nursery Deputy Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Mama Bear's Day Nursery in Totterdown, Bristol. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our nursery, leading a team of staff, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the management of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education.
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, Health & Safety, and Child Protection Legislation.
- Previous supervisory experience within an Early Years Setting.
- Hold a Full and Relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification as a minimum.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
