Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Hengrove Nursery in Bristol. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, providing exceptional care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Nursery Manager in managing the nursery's daily activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Support and supervise staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality childcare practice.
- Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate staff training.
- Maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
