Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive administrative support to the adviser team, including data gathering and preparation of fact finding documents for financial planning meetings.
- Ensure client records and Fact Finds are kept updated on our back office system.
- Process applications and track progress on provider platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and cash flow forecasts.
- Record new business submissions correctly on our back office system.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Working knowledge of the regulated Financial Services Industry.
- Previous experience in a Financial Services admin role, with familiarity with industry terms.
- Highly competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
