Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide a full range of support services to the PS Division, including administrative functions, business services, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the PS Division, including:
  • HR support, including absence management, vetting administration, and appraisal recording
  • ICT support, including change requests processing and local information management
  • Procurement support, including I-Proc requests and document processing
  • General office administration, including room bookings, meetings, and events
  • Responding to external and internal telephone enquiries and personal callers
  • Handling printing requests and circulating alert office notifications
  • Recording, supplying, and retrieving accurate data from computerised systems
  • Organising and storing paper-based information efficiently
  • Dealing with sensitive and confidential data in accordance with data protection requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work closely with the local senior management team
  • Experience in business services and general office administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
