About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to join our Commercial Product Sales team in South Central, South & West London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximising market share and sales through relationships with regional contractors and the value creation of opportunities and winning projects with key merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Commercial HVAC market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional contractors, merchants, and other key stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Head of Technical Solutions to provide technical support and guidance on ASHP and Hybrid options.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, reports, and communications to ensure effective sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver the budget and build the project pipeline to meet and exceed all KPIs outlined by your Manager.
  • Negotiate and manage the needs and expectations of our customers to influence the buying decision.
  • Provide a range of information, including CAD/BIM objects, technical reports, and installation guides, to support customer decision-making.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Technical Solutions Manager with a proven track record of delivering sales and lead generation across multiple channels and market segments. You will need to have:

  • Extensive experience within a technical and engineering discipline or be educated to HND/degree level.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to work at a senior level.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Broad knowledge of the UK Construction markets and routes to market.
  • Ability to understand and interpret market trends, products, and services.
