As the Technical Solutions Manager for the South Central, South & West London region, you will be responsible for developing sales for Commercial Boilers and Andrews Water Heaters, as well as all ASHP opportunities that come through contractor or merchant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strive to recover share and volume for commercial products, while maintaining margin contributions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technical Solutions to provide support on ASHP and Hybrid options.
  • Deliver the budget and build the project pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed all KPIs outlined by your Manager.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, reports, and communications.
  • Reduce the focus on forecast demand and identify trends by building close relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and manage the needs and expectations of our customers to influence the buying decision.
  • Provide a range of information, including CAD/BIM objects, technical reports, information on regulations, test certification, installation guides, pricing, and availability.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships, as well as manage existing accounts.
  • Build effective and cooperative working relationships with all internal and external colleagues, including non-conflicting manufacturers.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety procedures and current guidelines are upheld.
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can bring a strong track record of senior-level negotiation and conflict resolution. You should have the ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.

You will be highly numerate, with the ability to turn data into information and action. A broad knowledge of the UK Construction markets and routes to market is essential, as is excellent all-round communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Previous experience of working across multiple market segments and applications in the construction industry is highly desirable.
