Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Own the technical integrity of customer solutions, understanding the wider context and aligning with business objectives.
- Develop and present client solutions to leadership and technical teams.
- Lead and assess risks imposed by technical solutions, advising clients on security standards and best practices.
- Contribute technical responses to RFI and RFPs, assisting customers with security and network audits.
- Interact with Sales, Field, and Central Operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver Professional Services engagements in-line with agreed scope, monitoring industry networking updates and best practices.
- Own the customer solution lifecycle, highlighting and managing risks, issues, and changing requirements.
- Assist in creating service reports and attending regular service review meetings.
- Act as primary technical interface for customers, addressing high-level concerns and interpreting change requirements.
- Ensure services meet agreed service levels, with necessary IT service management processes, OLA's, and contracts in place.
- Working knowledge of technology methodologies such as ITIL.
- Profound understanding and working experience in the security area (SASE, DLP, CASB, SaaS API, and SAAS inline, IDS/IPS, Sandboxing, etc…).
- Knowledge and working experience in cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google).
- Demonstrable experience of turning business requirements into architectural building blocks.
- Demonstrable awareness of the financial impact of strategic/operational decisions and ability to identify opportunities for cost reductions.
- Experience of working on major international and global accounts.
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with occasional out-of-hours work required for critical activities. Occasional travel to customer sites, with international travel possible.
