Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming service calls and addressing client inquiries or product faults
- Reviewing client requests and allocating work to field service engineers
- Providing first and second-line support as required
- Scheduling engineer call-outs to site
- Maintaining and updating the ticketing platform
