This exciting opportunity is ideal for experienced Audio Visual Engineers looking to take on a new challenge or individuals with a technical mindset and strong customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Responding to incoming service calls and addressing client inquiries or product faults
  2. Reviewing client requests and allocating work to field service engineers
  3. Providing first and second-line support as required
  4. Scheduling engineer call-outs to site
  5. Maintaining and updating the ticketing platform

Essential Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
