Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of £54,853 per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in medical governance. As a Credentialing Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the credentialing process, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the credentialing team and ensure the process is efficient and effective
  • Collaborate with Medical Director and Divisional Clinical Directors to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Maintain consultant databases, including privileges and allied health professionals
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in medical governance or appraisal/revalidation teams
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage Excel databases
  • Understanding of GMC and professional standards
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
