Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credentialing Team Manager to join our team at The London Clinic, one of the UK's largest private hospitals. Located in the heart of London, we offer a competitive salary range of £50,713 - £60,848 per annum.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with our experienced team in managing credentialing processes for consultants and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs). As a Credentialing Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accurate, and that our process aligns with GMC and other professional standards.

You will be working closely with our Medical Director, Divisional Clinical Directors, and International Office to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making. Your expertise in Excel databases and ability to run reports will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in credentialing or medical governance/appraisal/revalidation teams, with strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the credentialing team to ensure efficient processing of applications
  • Develop and maintain our PP approval program in line with guidance and statutory requirements
  • Ensure GDPR compliance at all times
  • Lead an effective induction program for new consultants
  • Support regular meetings with the Medical Director and Divisional Clinical Directors
  • Collate information and data for decision-making
  • Approve temporary and full privileges for consultants and AHPs
  • Maintain consultant and AHP privileges databases
Requirements
  • Previous experience in credentialing or medical governance/appraisal/revalidation teams
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
