About the Role

Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Supervisor to join our CAMHS Mental Health Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to children and young people with mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for children and young people with mental health difficulties
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy
  • Supervise and support junior staff members
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children and young people
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and young people with mental health difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
