About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with our therapists and psychologists to provide support to children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional wellbeing support to children aged 8-18
- Work closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement therapeutic plans
- Support the academic learning and behaviour of students
Requirements:
- Graduate in a relative field (e.g. Psychology, Counselling, Criminology)
- Ability to work with complex needs and be open-minded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
