HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our Christchurch site. The Curtiss-Wright HR team in the UK operates as a Shared Service across 3 Divisions, supporting around 500 employees.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Human Resources Team in various areas, including HRIS, compensation, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to the HR team across all areas.
  2. Respond to HR Helpdesk inquiries.
  3. Maintain HR processes and procedures, including updating Workday (HR Information System).
  4. Generate HR reporting metrics.
  5. Participate in ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 5 or above (including Maths and English Language).Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office Word and Excel.Computer literate and competent user of Microsoft Packages (including Excel, Word & PowerPoint).Available for occasional travel to other CW UK sites.Experience in a HR, customer service, or admin role.Previous HR knowledge.
