We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Trainee to become a part of our dynamic team.

As an HR Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training from experienced professionals within the organization. Your role will involve working onsite four days a week while also attending educational sessions on a day release basis to achieve your Degree Apprenticeship qualifications.

This position offers the chance to engage with various departments, gaining invaluable practical experience alongside our specialists in both the design and production of our offerings, all while pursuing a Degree level qualification. You will also be required to complete the end-point assessment as part of your training program.

Training and Qualifications:

  • You will pursue the HR Support Apprenticeship Level 3 at a recognized educational institution
  • Attendance at college will be required one day per week
  • On-the-job training covering all facets of HR
  • Development of Health & Safety competencies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the HR team, you will gain insights into the role of HR within a large global enterprise, utilizing advanced HR software and systems
  • Your responsibilities will include hands-on support for staff across various business units, assisting them with their needs. You will learn to manage systems and data in areas such as Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, employee relations, and recruitment
  • Assisting in the preparation of basic HR analytics as directed by other HR team members, including headcount tracking. Providing administrative support such as coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, and addressing inquiries both in person and over the phone

Qualifications Required:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A Level or equivalent in Business (Grade C)
  • BTEC or equivalent in Business (Grade Merit)
