About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Bournemouth East Collaborative Primary Care Network (PCN). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing department functions and managing employees across our network of practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, appraisal, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with Equal Opportunities Policy and CQC requirements.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all HR processes and systems, including Bright HR, contracts, and employee onboarding.
  • Lead on the management of effective procedures for dealing with discipline and grievance matters.
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures to minimize periods of absence and promote employee wellbeing.
  • Support senior managers in monitoring absence trends and dealing with individual cases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR role or a role with HR elements, with strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience of HR administration, including payroll and Bright HR.
  • Experience of producing policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation.
  • Professional approach, credible, and comfortable in dealing with all levels of management.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality.
